To start a return, email info@bettergum.com. Items must be in original condition, in original packaging, and sealed. Please ship with a trackable carrier and include: RMA code; full name; address; phone; email; original order number; reason for return.
Processing time: Please allow up to 15 days once we receive your return. If the product isn’t received and no tracking can be located, we’re unable to issue a refund.

Absolutely—if your order hasn’t been assigned a tracking ID yet, you can cancel it. Once tracking is issued (you’ll see it in your confirmation email), the order is already on its way and can’t be canceled. If you missed the window, no worries: you can still use our 30-day return policy once it arrives. Just reach out with your order number and we’ll guide you through next steps.

If your package arrives and something’s not right, please let us know within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right quickly. If your package hasn’t arrived, we’ll honor non-delivery claims up to 15 days from your order date. When you contact us, include your order number (and photos if there’s damage); we’ll take it from there and keep you updated.

We move quickly. Orders ship within two days of purchase, and you’ll get a confirmation email once your package is on the way.

We ship via standard ground with UPS, FedEx, or USPS. The carrier is chosen automatically to get your order to you efficiently.

If a package comes back to us for any reason, we’ll issue a refund minus a $2.50 restocking fee (we’ll waive this if the error was ours). Prefer we resend it? We’re happy to—$5.95 for the first item plus $2.50 for each additional item.
