Thank you for shopping with BetterGum. Our greatest concern is our customers, and we want to make sure you have the greatest experience possible. 

SHIPPING POLICY

We offer free shipping for all orders in the U.S! We ship out our products within two days of purchase. We use standard ground shipping through UPS, FedEx, or USPS. Please allow two to six business days from when your order was shipped until it is delivered.

If a package is returned to us, because the package was unable to be delivered for whatever reason, we will give issue a refund, but there will be a $2.50 restocking fee, unless we made an error. If you want us to reship the product, there will be a $5.95 shipping fee for the first item, along with a $2.50 charge for each additional item.
